From this marina you can cruise Lake Ontario and explore the many bays and coves of the Prince Edward Peninsula. After a short trip down the Murray Canal to the Bay of Quinte, you can take a magnificent tour of the Trent-Severn Waterway system or continue through the Bay of Quinte to Belleville, Kingston and the beautiful Thousand Islands.

Most of your shopping needs can be accommodated at home in Brighton, but for the serious shopper a trip to Trenton or the large Quinte Mall, 40 kilometres to the East in Belleville, will offer a full selection of goods and services.

A pleasant drive to the West along the Apple Route (Hwy. #2) will bring you to the historic towns of Colborne, Cobourg and Port Hope.

You can stop at the Big Apple in Colborne for lunch, dinner or just to pick up a delicious freshly baked apple pie.

In Cobourg there is shopping at the Northumberland Mall and in the many antique shops in Port Hope.
